Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with any original tags attached. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@elfuegosports.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized products and special-order custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift cards and items specifically marked “Final Sale” are also non-returnable. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original item and place a separate order after your return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
